Empowering Students Where They Learn
LP Stark’s school-based programs support middle and high school youth with mentorship, life skills, and restorative practices—directly within the classroom.
Our school-based programs create a foundation of support for students navigating personal and academic challenges. By partnering with schools and working side-by-side with educators, we help students build the tools they need to thrive—socially, emotionally, and academically.
Core Pillars of our School-Based Work
Every student deserves a trusted adult. We provide consistent, culturally responsive mentorship that builds confidence and resilience. Through one-on-one and small group sessions, students find a safe space to be heard and seen.
We teach practical skills that extend beyond the classroom: emotional regulation, communication, leadership, and accountability. These lessons help students set goals, manage conflict, and see themselves as capable, empowered individuals.
Rather than punitive discipline, we help schools adopt restorative approaches that strengthen relationships and foster community. Students learn to take responsibility, repair harm, and re-engage with learning.
